Light shelfwear to wraps, age toning. Blanche Manso was the wife of the New York abstract expressionist painter and collagist Leo Manso (1914-1993), who had a summer studio in Provincetown, where the Director of the museum, Kuchta, happened to see these "Tantric" pictures; his introduction draws parallels between "Tantric" art, abstract expressionism, and psychedelic or "acid" art.
